Early Years Curriculum Lead
Salary: Paying up to £30,000 pa
Located: Clapham
We are currently recruiting for an amazing Outstanding Early Years setting located in Clapham. They are looking for an experienced and passionate Early Years professional to join their fantastic team to lead the Early Years Curriculum.
Responsibilities:
To help deliver and ensure a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 0-5 years.
To assist with managing the day-to-day activities of the setting.
To help ensure that the preschool is a safe environment for children, staff and others.
To develop partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their child’s development.
To be responsible for any tasks delegated by the manager.
To support/mentor practitioners and help deal with any issues before involving the manager.
In the absence of the manager – to undertake the overall day-to-day running of the Nursery and manager responsibilities.
Requirements:
• Have a minimum Level 3 Childcare. • Experience of leading and supporting teams. • Proven track record of involvement in supporting in Ofsted Inspections. • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS curriculum. • Full up to date knowledge of current childcare practice. • Have excellent written and verbal English. An Enhanced DBS check and reference checks are essential prior to employment.
