Temp to perm Nursery Practitioner - Nursery Nurse - Flexible Hours - Earn up to £440 per week/£22,800 per annum! - Weekly Pay (salary may increase after a permanent job is offered!!)

At Soar Recruitment, we are hiring temporary to permanent Nursery Practitioners. This role would be perfect for someone who is getting back into work or isn't quite sure on what nursery setting they would like to work in. We are working with a range of beautiful Nursery settings that are looking for Nursery Practitioners on a temporary basis's with the view of the role becoming permanent within 4-6 weeks.

As a temp to perm Nursery Practitioner/Nursery Nurse you will:
Provide overall safety and well-being of the children
Build relationships with members of staff and parents to ensure you give the best care possible
Support nursery staff with the daily running of the rooms
Engage with the children during their activities to encourage learning in a happy environment
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Ideally, Level 2 / 3 Qualified
Nursery/Nanny/Teaching Assistant/Childminding experience
Knowledge of the EYFS and legislation
A great team player and ability to adapt quickly to new environments
Good communication with both consultant and Nursery setting.
Use initiative and be proactive
Be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check, if you do not have an up to date DBS already
