Supporting Schools and Shaping Young Minds
Working in a school is more than just a job - it’s a chance to inspire, guide, and make a real impact in young people’s lives. From the first day of primary school to the final exams of secondary, every role contributes to shaping futures, building confidence, and creating supportive learning environments where children can thrive.
At SOAR, we place passionate professionals in primary and secondary schools across the UK, supporting pupils, teachers, and school communities. Whether you’re an experienced educator or just starting out, we’ll help you find a role that suits your skills, values, and goals.

Supporting Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and ECTs
Starting out in teaching can feel both exciting and overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone. At SOAR, we’re here to support Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as they take their first steps into the classroom.
We take the time to get to know your strengths, your goals, and what kind of environment will help you flourish. Whether you're looking for your first permanent role or want to gain confidence through supply teaching, we’ll match you with schools that are supportive, welcoming, and ready to help you grow.
Partnering with Schools
At SOAR, we believe great recruitment starts with great relationships. We know that every school is different - with its own unique culture, challenges, and community. That’s why we take the time to get to know your team, your ethos, and what truly matters to you. Whether you're a small village primary or a large city-based secondary, our approach is always the same: personal, thoughtful, and committed to helping you find the right people.
We work in close partnership with schools across the UK, placing teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff who not only have the right qualifications and experience, but who also align with your values and vision. We understand how important it is to have staff who can engage pupils, support colleagues, and contribute positively to the wider school environment.
